Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at ONEWAY GOODS. We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Some products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or custom nature. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance sale items


How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at info@onewaygoods.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if necessary). We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return instructions.

Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.

2. Refunds
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds:
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if:

The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
The return is outside the 30-day return window.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after the above time frame, please:

Check your bank or credit card statement.
Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges
Exchanges:
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@onewaygoods.com. Provide photos of the damaged or defective product along with your order number, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
5. Cancellations
Order Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once you receive the item.
